Company Overview
Incorporated in 2005, Yatra Online Limited provides information, pricing, availability, and booking facilities for domestic and international customers.
The company provides domestic and international air ticketing on Indian and international airlines, as well as bus ticketing, rail ticketing, cab bookings, and ancillary services within India, hotels, homestays, and other accommodations bookings, with about 105,600 hotels in 1,490 cities and towns in India, as on Fiscal 2023 and more than two million hotels globally through its website yatra.com, mobile applications, corporate SaaS platform, and other associated platforms.
Yatra Online has over 94,000 hotels and homestays contracted in approximately 1,400 cities across India as well as more than 2 million hotels around the world. The company is India's largest platform for domestic hotels. Yatra Online recently launched a freight forwarding business called Yatra Freight to further expand its corporate service offerings.
The company's clientele includes both B2B and B2C customers, this enables the company to target India's most frequent and high-spending travelers, namely, educated urban consumers. As of fiscal 2023, the company has over 813 corporate customers and over 49,800 registered SME customers and is the third largest consumer online travel company (OTC) in the country in terms of gross booking revenue as well as has the largest number of hotel and accommodation tie-ups amongst key domestic OTA players of over 2,105,600 tie-ups.
