Company Overview
Incorporated in November 2016, Oneindig Technologies Limited is a renewable energy company engaged in providing Engineering, Procurement and Commissioning (EPC) services for solar power projects across India. The company offers end-to-end turnkey solar solutions, including residential, commercial & industrial (C&I) rooftop, ground-mounted solar projects, solar water pumps, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services, and Independent Power Producer (IPP) activities through Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). It also supplies a wide range of solar products such as solar PV modules, inverters, batteries, energy storage systems, mounting structures, solar pumps, controllers, and related electrical equipment.
The company has executed solar projects across multiple states, including Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Telangana, Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha, Jammu & Kashmir, and West Bengal. As of the DRHP date, it has an operational solar project capacity of 58.40 MW, contracted projects under construction of 52.08 MW, and awarded projects under construction of 6.32 MW. Oneindig has also completed 17 major ground-mounted solar projects and installed over 500 solar water pumps under various government schemes, including PM-KUSUM and PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.
Led by experienced promoters and a skilled management team, the company focuses on delivering integrated renewable energy solutions through its EPC expertise, co-development model, technical capabilities, and diversified business portfolio.
As of January 31, 2026, Oneindig Technologies employed 34 professionals across operations, finance & accounts, compliance, administration, IT, design, stores, and support functions.
